All products are through full inspection, our well-trained workers with strong quality awareness. More than 1500 square meter workshop and 20 skilled people in our factory. Our engineers design the new drawings to your requirement, and we will make your samples for 15 days after open the mold.

How we do
Rotational Molding is a thermoplastic process for producing hollow parts by placing powder or liquid resin into a hollow mold and then rotating that tool bi-axially in an oven until the resin melts and coats the inside of the mold cavity. Next the tool is cooled and the part is removed from the mold. The parts will be check by Quality control and transferred to finishing where is trimmed, assembly holes are drilled, flame finishing and wrapped for shipping.
